Our work is to support evidence-informed decision-making among researchers, policymakers, and healthcare entrepreneurs to enhance the quality and accessibility of services. We collaborate with private healthcare providers to help them develop sound business plans, understand epidemiological and licensing requirements, and implement effective financial strategies. As private healthcare remains a relatively new sector in Central Asia, many business owners are not fully aware of the risks and nuances involved. We guide them through this unfamiliar landscape, helping them navigate challenges and build strong, successful practices.
